This Privacy Policy explains how VELLCO HOLDINGS LIMITED ("Vellco Finance", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use our services.

What data we collect

  • Financial data: transaction history, account balances, card usage, payment details.
  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, login timestamps.

  • To provide and maintain your account and services.
  • To verify your identity in accordance with AML/KYC requirements.
  • To process transactions and send you notifications about them.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and security incidents.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active account and for at least 5 years after closure in compliance with regulatory obligations. Financial records are retained for 7 years.

Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary for the operation of the platform (for example, identity verification partners, card network processors and cloud infrastructure providers), under data processing agreements. All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.


Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vellco Finance services provided by VELLCO HOLDINGS LIMITED. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

Customer requirements

To open an account you must be at least 18 years old, be a resident of a supported jurisdiction, provide accurate personal information and successfully complete the identity verification process.

User responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You must not give any third party access to your account.
  • You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

Fees and charges

Current fees are set out on thePlans & Pricingpage and in the schedule of charges provided on account opening. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any increase to ongoing fees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellco Finance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any calendar year shall not exceed the total fees you have paid us during that year.

Account closure

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, that are under fraud investigation, or in circumstances required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

AML & KYC policy

Anti-money laundering and know-your-customer

Vellco Finance takes all necessary steps to prevent money laundering, terrorism financing and other financial crimes. We operate in compliance with applicable UK and EU legislation.

Identity verification (KYC)

All customers must complete identity verification before gaining full access to platform features. This includes providing a photo identity document (passport or national ID), a recent proof of address and a selfie or biometric check.

Transaction monitoring

We monitor all transactions for suspicious patterns, unusual activity and known financial crime schemes. Both automated and manual checks are carried out. Suspicious transactions may be held pending review.

Reporting obligations

Where required by law, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without informing the client. This is a legal requirement and does not breach client confidentiality.

Source of funds

For large transactions or unusual activity, we may request documentation evidencing the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a transaction delay or account restriction.

Important: Vellco Finance is not liable for delays or restrictions imposed as a result of AML checks or regulatory requirements. These controls exist to protect all clients and the integrity of the financial system.


Accessibility

Vellco Finance is committed to making our services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards for all web and mobile interfaces.

All interactive elements have a minimum touch target of 44×44 pixels. We support screen readers, keyboard navigation and system font size adjustment. The colour palette ensures the minimum contrast required for text legibility.
